First BFN Facade Grant Awarded!

Business Fredericton North President, Kent Brewer, presenting a cheque worth $750.00 for completion of the canopy and signage to the Arthritis Society office on Main St. to Karen Buchanan, Resource Development Coordinator.
The project was part of the BFN façade improvement grant program, which is designated for the Main St. Area. The program provides commercial property owners/tenants with incentives to invest in the continued revitalization of our Business
Improvement Area (BIA). It provides financial assistance for façade
improvements to their property.
The resulting benefits are increased aesthetic contribution to the overall revitalization of the BIA and increased property value
